Katarina is a humanist, leader and mentor in transformations; she accompanies leaders and organisations to wisely transform and innovate themselves. Katarina helps leaders to discover and explore new spaces and resources for healthy growth, evolution and success. She is passionate about bringing deep courageous conversations to teams, companies and communities. In her roles she offers extensive business background (business owner, COO, CEO), humanitarian & NGO worker and communities’ builder. Katarina worked with leaders of over 50 nationalities across the globe and lived in a variety of business, social and geographical settings.
Kristina Schapiro
Kristina is an experienced global strategist, not-for-profit leader, passionate team and community builder, and horseback archer. She partners with Executive Teams and Boards to create and deliver strategy with measurable impact and to develop and transform leaders, teams and organisations for growth. Kristina brings deep business (15 years in international strategy consulting leading multi-disciplinary teams, working with 8 of the top 10 global pharma) and global health and development experience (heading up strategy and impact for Wellcome, development work in Africa and Asia across education, socio-economic development and social entrepreneurship).
Shasta Kansakar
Shasta is an 'International Relations' graduate with extensive leadership, management and research experiences across academia, finance and the development sector. She co-founded 'Upcycle APU', a youth mentorship programme highlighting sustainable waste management in Jakarta. Her leadership experience spans project logistics, stakeholder coordination, and cross-cultural team management across Japan, Nepal, Denmark, and Indonesia. As a researcher, she has contributed to international projects and authored peer-reviewed journal articles.
Srishti Chaudhary
Srishti is an experienced finance, entrepreneurship, and higher education professional, dedicated to supporting youth and women. She has worked across development organisations and academic institutions, combining strong financial, compliance and project administration expertise with a passion for leading entrepreneurship initiatives with diverse stakeholders to deliver mentoring, business development and capacity building, and private sector engagement. Srishti is a certified trainer and former lecturer at Kathmandu University, where she taught ethics and entrepreneurship, integrating practical development experience into academic learning.
